Refund Policy for IT Services
1. General Policy
We aim to provide high-quality IT services to meet our clients' needs. Refunds are considered under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund will be provided.
Missed Deadlines: If agreed-upon deadlines are missed without prior communication or valid reasons.
Failure to Deliver: If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications despite multiple revisions.
Technical Issues: Persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
Change of mind after project commencement.
Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or delayed feedback.
Issues arising from third-party tools or services not under our control.
Customization requests beyond the original project scope.
4. Refund Process
Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
Include detailed reasons and supporting evidence.
Refunds will be processed within Y business days upon approval.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial work has been delivered, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disagreements, we encourage amicable solutions through open communication. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or legal channels as per the contract terms.
